This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for coordinating and managing maintenance activities across various locations in Quebec.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities Management: Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance, to ensure that our facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.
- Vendor Management: Manage and coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that maintenance work is completed on time and within budget.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including property managers, regional sales teams, and external vendors.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance activities, including budget tracking and performance metrics.
- Education: Completion of a High School Diploma or any post-secondary in property management or maintenance is an asset.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in building/janitorial maintenance or a similar role.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; strong interpersonal skills, organization, time management skills, and ability to prioritize urgent situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fully fluent in both written and verbal French and English.
