About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KK INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Customer Service
    • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Work Environment
