Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Gas Station.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are working efficiently to meet sales targets.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage a team of sales staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, organized, and a team player.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Permanent work term.
- Work language: English.
