Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Gas Station. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
