Foilcon is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Product Visionary to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our product vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and manage the product backlog to ensure that the project team is focused on delivering high-value features.
  • Objective Setting: Establish and track against measurable objectives to ensure that the project team is on track to deliver the product vision.
  • Release Planning: Decide when to ship software and ensure that the project team is prepared for release.

Requirements
  • Project Management Experience: 10+ years of project management experience on enterprise projects, including managing scope, risk, resources, schedules, and costs.
  • Communication and Mediation Skills: Demonstrated experience in communication and mediation skills with business teams and core team members.
  • Team Building and Consensus Building: Demonstrated experience in team building, consensus building, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategies for Change Management: Experience with strategies and actions to overcome resistance to change and capitalize on forces in support of change during all stages of projects.
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation: Experience with identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Articulating and Prioritizing Issues and Risks: Ability to articulate and prioritize issues and risks at program management and senior executive levels.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Ability to develop and maintain a product roadmap.
  • Agile Delivery Methodologies: Experience with delivering projects using agile delivery methodologies, such as Scrum.
  • Project and Program Reporting: Experience with project and program reporting to multi-stakeholders at senior executive levels.
  • Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform: Basic knowledge in Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
