We are seeking an experienced WHS Manager to join our team and serve as the site's designated first aid provider. This individual will coordinate and implement the Amazon Global Program, ensuring compliance with all applicable local, regional, and federal regulations.

The successful candidate will partner with the Operations Team to execute company WHS policies, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and reduce conditional and ergonomic risks in our processes. They will also be responsible for leading and developing a team of WHS professionals, creating leadership development plans, and communicating team expectations.

This role requires a strong understanding of local, regional, and federal regulations and company policy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interfacing with site leaders, and have experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include:
