Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Savers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, donors, and team members
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
  • Process donations and sort merchandise according to company guidelines
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping experience
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
