Labour Relations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Labour Relations Manager to join our team in Ontario. As a key member of our Labour Relations team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on labour relations matters, including collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and labour legislation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Labour Relations strategies to support business objectives and ensure compliance with labour legislation.
- Provide labour relations expertise and advice to business leaders and HR on labour-related matters, including collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and labour legislation.
- Lead negotiations with unions and other stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with union representatives and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations to improve labour relations outcomes.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on labour relations policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to develop and implement labour relations policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Industrial Relations.
- Significant experience in labour relations, including collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and labour legislation.
- Strong knowledge of labour legislation, including the Labour Relations Act, Pay Equity Act, Human Rights Code, and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with union representatives, business leaders, and HR.
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to improve labour relations outcomes.
- Proven track record of leading negotiations and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
