The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in system/application, business consulting or people management, either with a consulting firm or software provider. They will also possess experience with industry-leading platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Great Plain, SalesForce.com, PeopleSoft or JD Edwards.
A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science or any relevant discipline is required. The successful candidate will also have extensive business process experience, a go-getter attitude and the ability to adapt to different project situations.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing proposals and Project Plans with the Sales and Professional Services team, designing and re-engineering business process solutions with the Professional Services team, aligned with clients business and strategic goals.
You will also create and manage project schedules, organize activities, establish a sequence of execution, and identify dependencies and resource requirements. Additionally, you will schedule and manage resources throughout project life cycles, including managing engagement, preparing and leading client meetings, managing communication between the delivery team and stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including medical & dental insurance, health flex plan (gym memberships, wellness equipment, therapeutic massages, etc), and access to the Dialogue healthcare platform.
