Risk Management Expert - Promote Project

Located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, we are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager, Risk to lead the development of our risk management initiatives and strategies. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class product experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Management Initiatives: Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across all aspects of the customer journey.
  • Product Strategy: Develop, own, and execute the product strategy around risk decisioning.
  • Data Analysis: Use data to understand risk patterns, develop insights, and inform decision-making processes.
  • Metrics and Recommendations: Establish metrics to monitor the effectiveness of risk management initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000-$85,000 per year (Canadian Dollars) and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, paramedical, disability, and generous vacation time. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Canada, or from our offices in Montreal or Toronto.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for B2C risk management in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, proficiency in data analysis, and experience with data-driven decision-making.
