Redefining Risk Management for Financial Freedom

Located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, we are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager, Risk to lead the development of our risk management initiatives and strategies. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class product experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Risk Management Initiatives: Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across all aspects of the customer journey.
- Product Strategy: Develop, own, and execute the product strategy around risk decisioning.
- Data Analysis: Use data to understand risk patterns, develop insights, and inform decision-making processes.
- Metrics and Recommendations: Establish metrics to monitor the effectiveness of risk management initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000-$85,000 per year (Canadian Dollars) and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, paramedical, disability, and generous vacation time. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Canada, or from our offices in Montreal or Toronto.

Requirements:- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for B2C risk management in the fintech or financial services industry.
