Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Manak Properties Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction work meets quality standards and that all necessary safety protocols are in place.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction sites are safe and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English

Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
