Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Saab Uppal Construction Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit production reports to ensure project timelines are met
  • Resolve work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to productivity and quality
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure smooth project execution
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in residential construction
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment

This is a on-site position, requiring the ability to work at the physical project location. No remote work options are available.
