About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team at NEXUS Community Support Society in Revelstoke. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with diverse abilities to lead a full and integrated life within our community.

Our residential homes are staffed 24/7 and are designed to help individuals and groups with daily living. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical, emotional, social, recreational, economic, educational, and medical needs of our residents are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with life skills training, meal preparation, and housekeeping
  • Provide personal care and support
  • Manage budgets and implement personal care plans
  • Enhance the quality of life for our residents through activities of daily living
