A Residential Care Worker is responsible for providing support and assistance to adults with diverse abilities in our residential homes. This includes helping with daily living tasks, such as life skills training, meal preparation, and personal care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, including life skills training and personal care
  • Prepare and serve meals
  • Conduct housekeeping and cleaning tasks
  • Manage resident budgets and finances
  • Implement and follow personal care plans

This is a casual position, with multiple opportunities available.
