Job Summary:
Nexus Community Support Society is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team in Revelstoke. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their physical, emotional, social, educational, and medical needs in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support individuals in developing life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and managing finances
- Ensure individuals' physical, emotional, and social needs are met through regular assessments and care planning
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide medical support and care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to enhance quality of life
Work Schedule:
4 days on, 2 days off schedule, with working hours of 6:00am to 2:00pm for 2 days and 2:00pm to 10:00pm for 2 days, followed by 2 days off.
Compensation:
