Essential Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team at NEXUS Community Support Society. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their physical, emotional, social, educational, and medical needs in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support individuals in developing life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and managing finances.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals.
- Assist individuals with medical needs, such as administering medication and providing wound care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure individuals receive comprehensive care.
Work Schedule:
Our ideal candidate will work a 4-day on, 2-day off schedule, with working hours from 6:00am to 2:00pm for 2 days and 2:00pm to 10:00pm for 2 days, followed by 2 days off.
