Job Title: Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at the University of King's College. This is a unique opportunity to lead our efforts in promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) across the university community.

About the Role

The Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of EDI strategies and initiatives that promote a culture of inclusivity and respect. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing EDI policies and procedures
  • Providing training and education on EDI to faculty, staff, and students
  • Coordinating EDI events and initiatives
  • Collaborating with senior leadership and other stakeholders to advance EDI goals
  • Monitoring and reporting on EDI metrics and progress
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as education, social justice, or diversity studies
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in EDI leadership or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing EDI strategies and initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
