Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Governance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading data governance initiatives across the organization, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and security
  • Conduct data maturity assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance data management capabilities
  • Create and maintain data catalogs, metadata management systems, and other tools to support data governance efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data management needs and develop solutions to address them
  • Provide training and support to employees on data governance best practices and policies
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of implementing successful data governance initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of data management principles, data modeling, and data architecture
  • Experience with data governance tools and technologies, such as metadata management systems and data catalogs
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $87-$109 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
