About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled consultant with expertise in data governance and management practices, data maturity assessments, requirement gathering for data strategy, and data modernization. The successful candidate will have experience completing enterprise system data source discovery, data element inventory, data consumer inventory, and defining the collection of supporting data catalogue definitions.

Responsibilities:
  • Capturing and documenting data management requirements, business processes, gap assessments, and workflows for developing data strategies through interviews, surveys, and workshops.
  • Creating and supporting the development of data governance frameworks to support enterprise business modernization requirements, including review, repeal, and creation of complex government legislations/regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Completing enterprise system data source discovery, data element inventory, data consumer inventory, and defining the collection of supporting data catalogue definitions.
  • Defining data profiling, data quality, and data integrity leading practice and standards for enterprise solution modernization and data migration initiatives.
  • Creating data maturity assessment tools, such as online questionnaires, communication presentations, individual interview materials, and workshop session materials for the data maturity assessment response reports during scheduled interviews and workshops.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience completing enterprise system data source discovery, data element inventory, data consumer inventory, and defining the collection of supporting data catalogue definitions.
  • 3 years of experience creating and supporting the development of data governance frameworks to support enterprise business modernization requirements.

The pay range for this position is $87.00 - $109.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
