We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our team at Be Epic.

About the Role

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week in an office building environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and manage database systems to analyze data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and implement data administration policies, standards, and models to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Research and document data requirements, collection methods, and access rules to support business needs.
  • Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators to develop and implement data policies, standards, and models.
  • Collect and document user requirements to inform data governance decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
