Crisis Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Counsellor to join our team in providing post-traumatic interventions. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to client calls, planning interventions, and managing administrative procedures.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide support and guidance to clients experiencing traumatic events.
- Develop and implement effective post-traumatic interventions.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director of Post-Traumatic Support Services to ensure seamless service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's or PhD in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or Psychoeducation.
- Fluency in French is required.
- Training in stress management in crisis situations (CISM) and/or certification in EMDR.
- Ability to work flexible weekday shifts between 7 a.m.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 CAD, depending on experience. You will also enjoy bi-monthly billing and payments, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
