About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our team in a corporate environment. As a Workplace Interventions Coach/Mediator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating workplace assessments, conflict resolution, and gender diversity supports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer locations to facilitate workplace assessments, conflict resolution, and other services
  • Utilize expertise in psychology, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, social work, Human Resources, or workplace intervention to provide support
  • Maintain good understanding of corporate and workplace culture
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in intervention and/or executive coaching
  • A Bachelor's degree (preferably a Master's degree) in a relevant field
  • Expertise in areas such as psychology, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, social work, Human Resources, or workplace intervention
  • Mediation and/or Executive Coaching certification is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
