Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and optimize daily operations to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain a high level of quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
