Part Time Surveillance Operator-MOH

Under the general direction of the Manager, Surveillance, this position is responsible for monitoring interior and exterior areas of a property using closed circuit television cameras and maintaining visual records. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example, and supports a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
Key Responsibilities- Monitors, documents, and reports violations, large cash/cash equivalents transactions, excluded and self-excluded guests, and unauthorized access.
- Maintains logs and records, storing records for evidence purposes.
- Monitors, documents, and reports on conditions of surveillance facilities and equipment.
- Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments.
- Buil ds strong working relationships with guests and team members.
- Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
- High School Diploma.
- Post-secondary education in criminology or a suitable combination of education and experience is an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience; experience in security or surveillance is an asset.
- Responsible Liquor Service Certification (Serving it Right Certification).
- Computer proficiency.
- Keen eye for detail, with the ability to focus on monitors for long periods of time.
- Adherence to high standards, methods, and procedures.
- Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
- Regular office environment, non-traditional work hours may be required in certain circumstances, some travel may be required.
