Surveillance Operations Manager

As a Surveillance Supervisor-MOH, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of Surveillance Officers at the site level, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and lead by example, while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Surveillance Operators, verify timesheets, and provide input for performance evaluations
- Document and report violations, large cash transactions, excluded guests, and unauthorized access
- Maintain logs, prepare daily reports, and store records securely for evidence purposes
- Monitor and report on the condition of surveillance facilities and equipment, performing preventative maintenance as required
- Train new team members and communicate effectively with operational departments
- Build strong working relationships with guests and team members, ensuring compliance with licensing laws and statutory regulations
- High School Diploma
- Post-secondary education in criminology or a suitable combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of surveillance or security experience, with 1 year of supervisory experience and gaming experience preferred
- Smart Serve certification and ability to obtain a Gaming License
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
