Webuild, a pioneering international construction company with Italian roots, is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator Specialist to join their team.

About the Role

This role involves coordinating project schedules, utilizing company standards and techniques to ensure successful project completion. As a key member of the project management team, you will analyze and monitor project critical paths, prepare reports, develop alternative solutions, and drive projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, estimators, procurement staff, construction managers, contractors, and other project services staff to provide detailed planning and scheduling of projects.
  • Develop resource-loaded schedules, including lists of activities, major milestones, critical approvals, long lead procurement items, and other critical project deliverables.
  • Apply knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, work processes, and concepts to develop and maintain critical path logic networks.
  • Analyze historical data for realistic future planning and forecasting.
  • Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for resolving difficult project control problems, including time impact analysis.
  • Prepare standard progress reports for each assigned project and confirm project status.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering (or equivalent technical training or related experience).
  • Strong understanding of interdependence and relationship between functional units.
  • Working knowledge of CPM and cost control methods used in various project types (EPC, Joint Venture, Lump Sum, Time and Material, Maintenance).
  • Proficiency in project controls software such as Excel and company-specific tools.
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
