The position of Food Service Supervisor at ONTARIO LTD. offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team in a leadership role.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor who can oversee the daily operations of our food preparation and service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional quality food and service.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in food safety and sanitation procedures, staff training and development, and customer service standards. You will also play a critical role in maintaining accurate records of stock levels, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, using data to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock levels, and other relevant data, providing insights into business performance.

We are seeking an individual with experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry. The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
