Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Vice President. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely agendas, minutes, and action summaries.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain databases and other software systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary office administration program and 1-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Adherence to company values and behaviors.
