Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Team Leadership: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Staff Management: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Operations Management: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies to support hotel operations.
- Work Environment: Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English, Hours: 40 hours per week.
