About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Good Knight Inn. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
    • Provide guidance and training to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Guest Services
    • Assist guests with special needs and ensure that their requests are met promptly and efficiently.
    • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel equipment and facilities.
    • Ensure that the hotel is clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Manage staff performance and provide feedback to improve their performance.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage the hotel's administrative tasks, including requisitioning materials and supplies.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure that the hotel is operating efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management or supervisory role.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours
    • 40 hours per week.
