Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Good Knight Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Operations and Maintenance
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities, including the front desk, lobby, and guest rooms.
- Ensure that all equipment and systems are functioning properly and that any issues are addressed promptly.
- Human Resources
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Manage staff performance and provide feedback to ensure that they are meeting their job expectations.
- Financial Management
- Monitor and control hotel expenses, including labor costs, supplies, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve hotel profitability.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management or supervisory role
- Language
- Fluent in English
- Work Hours
- 40 hours per week
