Executive Culinary Team Leader

Are you a skilled leader with experience in the food service industry? We are seeking an Executive Culinary Team Leader to join our team at D SPOT DESSERT CAFE
About the RoleWe offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. They will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
