Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to HR executives
- Organize and update personnel records and documentation
- Manage and update HR databases with employee information
- Assist in payroll preparation and payment
- Prepare reports for management
- Full-cycle recruitment: posting job ads, reviewing resumes, performing telephone screens, setting up interviews, and offering positions
- Answer employee questions and provide requested information
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities

Requirements
- Previous working experience as an HR administrative assistant for at least 1 year
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and HR software
- Knowledge of HR software
- Familiarity with Canadian labour laws
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to act as a reliable and supportive team member
- BSc in human resources or a similar relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
