Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision

- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Operations Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Customer Service
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Support and Training
- Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
- Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
- Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- English language proficiency
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
