Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Setting

This is a permanent position with 30 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
