Apparel Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Outfitter to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a Retail Outfitter, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by delivering legendary customer service and showcasing our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized product recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Promote various company programs and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment by adhering to visual presentation standards
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with other store tasks as needed to ensure seamless customer service
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies related to the outdoor lifestyle
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a sales or service environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's products is an asset
