Seasonal Sales Associate Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Seasonal Sales Associate to contribute to our store teams during the holiday season. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving daily sales targets while adhering to our Fundamental Selling Skills program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed daily sales goals
  • Utilize Northern's Fundamental Sales Program to engage with customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through strong service and product knowledge
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented store environment

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience in a specialty store, preferably apparel
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Initiative and a strong team player mindset
