Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at INNTECH FUTURE INC.

Job Summary:

The User Support Technician will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, applications, and software. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of computer systems, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems, applications, and software
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software to improve user experience
  • Supervise other technical support workers in this group
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, applications, and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Work Environment:

The User Support Technician will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide technical support to users.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The User Support Technician will work 35 hours per week.
