Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Spice Hut Canada Franchise Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Hire and train new staff members to meet the needs of our restaurant.
  • Quality Control
    • Establish and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure accurate and timely preparation.
  • Scheduling and Operations
    • Establish work schedules to meet the needs of our restaurant.
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
