Restaurant Unit Supervisor

At McDonald's Hope, we are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Unit Supervisor to join our team. This key role plays a vital part in ensuring the success of our restaurant operations and contributes to creating a positive experience for our customers.
The Restaurant Unit Supervisor will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food quality, customer service, and employee management. They will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness while fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive team environment.
About the Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate for this role will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team members. They should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. A passion for food quality and presentation is essential, as well as a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, with opportunities for overtime. The successful candidate will be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Language: English (fluent)
- Physical Abilities: Standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment
