Job Title: Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Hope. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of kitchen and food service helpers to ensure the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient operations
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to meet customer demands. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a noisy and hot environment.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
