Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Modern Niagara is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst to join our People & Culture team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the review and analysis activities related to our pay for performance culture. You will be instrumental in providing the right metrics and analysis upon which total rewards decisions can be made.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in system optimization, application support, testing, and implementing new functionalities in our HRIS system.
  • Develop and implement HRIS modules to align with our People & Culture strategies.
  • Contribute to establishing and continuously improving our HR databases with internal processes.
  • Support in making user manuals for newly implemented HRIS procedures.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary graduate in Business, IT, or Human Resources.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in compensation and benefits with exposure to other HR disciplines.
  • Minimum experience of 2 years with HRIS systems that include HR databases and compensation tools.
  • Experience with UKG and UKG BI systems is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated organization skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze process flows and identify areas to improve efficiency.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated awareness of Canadian compensation trends.
  • Proven ability to work with highly confidential information and display tact and discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an HR environment.
  • Demonstrates accountability for shared goals and desired outcomes.
