Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at People Corporation. As a key member of our GroupQuest division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our advisor partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a deep understanding of carrier and solution advantages and disadvantages, and communicate them to advisors.
- Triage and resolve incoming requests, engaging the right resources and processes to provide exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a trusted liaison between customers and operational teams.
- Take ownership of issues and manage resolution through to completion.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Group Benefits sales and/or service, carrier or advisor side.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and credibility.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- A positive attitude and strong team player.
