Job Description

Dynamic Freight Haulers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Logistics to lead our organization's logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation management and a proven track record of success in implementing efficient logistics strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Team Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more
