We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Benefits Associate to join our team at Selectpath Benefits & Financial Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the administration of benefits programs, including group benefits, life insurance, and disability insurance.
- Provide exceptional client service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of benefits services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes, providing guidance and support to clients as needed.
- University degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a group benefits or employee benefits role.
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
