Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Office Support

Elevate Mechanical Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to office staff, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
  • Oversee payroll administration and provide customer service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
