Job Summary

China Steel Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder-Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our steel products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and execute welding process specifications to meet company standards.
  • Operate and maintain manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to produce high-quality welds.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
  • Examine welds and ensure they meet quality standards through regular inspections.
  • Maintain and repair welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document and report any deviations from specifications to ensure quality control.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production and quality control.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: General manufacturing.
  • Area of Specialization: Custom fabrication.
