Job Title: Associate Director, Administration

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of fund accountants, providing guidance and support through training and development.
  • Deliver a full range of fund accounting services to private equity clients, including NAV review and preparation, accruals, security pricing, and cash and security position reconciliations.
  • Review and prepare pricing of portfolios, ensuring all holdings are priced in accordance with applicable fund documents and valuation policies.
  • Prepare fee schedules, including calculation of management fee and waterfall, ensuring all calculations adhere to applicable fund documents.
  • Complete ad hoc requests and projects as required.
  • Review and prepare audited Financial Statements, audit assistance, and other regulatory services as applicable.
  • Review client Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), PPMs, and other materials to ensure service levels align with legal documents.

Requirements:

  • University degree or professional designation (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an asset.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Fund Administration role, with at least 2 years in a Private Equity role.
  • Experience working on a Private Equity accounting system, preferably Investran.
  • Strong knowledge of Private Equity structures, regulatory requirements, and waterfall calculations.
