We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Management Leader to join our team as the Contract Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth operations of our contract and driving the successful execution of our strategic plans.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and employees. You will be responsible for guiding managers and supervisors in handling their building portfolios, ensuring effective operations and strong leadership.

Achieving Success in this Role

  • Lead & Support Teams – Guide managers and supervisors in handling their building portfolios, ensuring smooth operations and strong leadership.
  • Communicate & Execute Strategy – Share company direction and strategic plans with operations and contract management teams to keep everyone aligned.
  • Manage Budgets & Control Costs – Oversee contract budgets, control expenditures, and find ways to improve efficiencies while maximizing value for clients.
  • Build Strong Relationships – Work closely with clients, vendors, and employees to maintain positive partnerships and ensure top-tier service.
  • Project Oversight – Ensure client projects are managed professionally, oversee specifications, and support teams in identifying and addressing building maintenance needs.
  • Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement – Identify building deficiencies, suggest improvements, and implement best practices to enhance service delivery.
