Job Description

The Portfolio Development Manager plays a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. They work closely with customers to understand their business needs, identify areas for improvement, and recommend customized solutions. This position is responsible for managing the overall growth and development of ADGA's contracts within assigned client accounts, leading and managing ADGA resources assigned to the respective portfolio, and overseeing financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Foster strong relationships with assigned clients, ensure a primary point of contact is appointed for client needs, and act as key contact or appoint a senior resource.
  • Resource Management: Maintain and update CRM/PSA for assigned accounts, manage performance-related matters, and ensure all mandatory training has been completed by staff.
  • Financial Management: Oversee and monitor ADGA budgets for assigned programs, communicate financial variances, forecast potential issues, and maintain the Salesforce Price repository.
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience in a customer-facing management role on a program or project.
  • College degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Superior organizational skills, ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously, and experience working in Professional Services and business development.
Compensation Package:
